We’ve developed a suite of bespoke qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques to truly understand employees’ behaviours, motivators, and decision-making processes. Our approach guarantees scientific rigour, robust data and actionable insights.

Many organisations are only uncovering 1/5th of the insights they could discover from their employees. The past thirty years of decision science (and two Nobel prize winners) have demonstrated that 80% of the decisions we make are influenced by factors we are unaware of. Emotix©

What is it?

EMOTIX© is the ideal tool for companies that want to understand how its employees really think and feel about its culture, values, brand or products/services and goes beyond what employees are telling your company via traditional surveys.

EMOTIX© is based on the Implicit Association Test developed by scientists at Harvard University in 1998 and combines this with research about conscious and nonconscious mental systems.

  • It examines employees’ conscious and nonconscious associations with e.g. the company’s cultural aspects, values, products/services and graphically illustrates their perceptions by developing perception maps. These maps reveal the most influential factors that are affecting employees’ decisions, behaviours, motivations etc.

Employee Enablers

What is it?

EMPLOYEE ENABLERS has been developed to help organisations diagnose what affects employee engagement, wellbeing, performance in a quick and effective way.

It examines 6 key areas that psychologists and health scientists have identified which impact the overall employee experience. These are relationships at work, job demands, job autonomy, support, job role, and purpose.

Unlike traditional employee surveys, Employee Enablers examines implicit feelings around these six areas and provides a diagnostic of which of these areas need attention.

What do you get out of it?

Your company or department will receive a set of results that can explain e.g.

  • If your employees need more autonomy at work
  • If there’s an issue with employees’ relationships
  • If employees cannot connect with your company’s values

It identifies a focal point for intervention rather than asking for a cultural overhaul, saving your business time and money – as well as unnecessary change and headache.

  • NEOPIC© is based on the NEO Personality Inventory, a psychometric questionnaire first developed in 1978

Psychological Interviews

Corporate Culture Measure

What is it?

The Corporate Culture Measure tool has been developed to identify which type of culture your organisation currently has, and help determine the ideal corporate culture for your company. As culture is very much implicit, our tool is the ideal way to gauge this aspect as it measures both the concious and the nonconcious.

Organisational Behaviour Questionnaire

What is it?

Our OBQ measures behavioural dimensions that influence how well a leader or employees lead an organisation especially in times of stress and conflict. It examines employees’ self awareness, commitment, stress management approaches and interpersonal relationships amongst others that heavily influence how an organisation is run.

Why use it?

The Organisational Behaviour Questionnaire is a new type of tool. It is based upon Implicit Attitude Theory (IAT) and relies upon ‘clicked’ online responses rather than the completion of numerical Likert scales. The organisational behaviour questionnaire has been developed to explore the dimensions that influences the behaviours of an organisation, a team or an employee.

It also uses NEOPIC technology where a combination of images and words are used to elicit more meaningful responses from participants.

“Off the chest” sessions

What is it?

“Off the chest sessions” offers organisations a service that can be highly valued and prized by employees. Employees can often feel stressed, anxious and depressed during period of work, which can impact their engagement, commitment and productivity. This in turn has serious implications for staff churn, sickness absence, team disruption and corporate/brand reputation.

The “off the chest sessions” will be facilitated with an Innovationbubble psychologist and will be confidential, anonymous and supportive. The sessions are offered either face2face or over Skype/Phone with the aim of exploring difficulties or distress the employee may have.
